Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement

Clients may request cancellation before the project or service has officially started.

If payment has been made and no work has been initiated, a partial or full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Apna Vyapar Digital.

After Project Commencement

Once project work has started, cancellations may be accepted; however, charges for work already completed, resources utilized, and time invested will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Google Ads Management
  • Meta Ads Management
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Website Design & Development
  • Content Creation Services
  • Graphic Design Services
  • Consultation Services
  • Lead Generation Campaigns

Monthly Marketing Services

For recurring monthly services:

  • Clients may cancel with at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for the current month’s services already delivered or in progress.

Advertising Spend

Any amount paid directly toward advertising platforms such as:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • YouTube Ads

is non-refundable.

Advertising budgets are controlled by the respective platforms and cannot be refunded by Apna Vyapar Digital.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • Service has not yet started.
  • Payment was made due to an administrative error.
  • Duplicate payment was processed.

Each refund request will be reviewed individually.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.

Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Service Delays

Project timelines may be affected by factors such as:

  • Delay in receiving client approvals
  • Delay in receiving content, credentials, or required information
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Technical difficulties beyond our control

Such delays shall not qualify for refunds.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact Apna Vyapar Digital directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
